One of the most famous works of Islamic architecture is the great mosque of Kairouan, which was built between 820 and 836 C.E. The idea for the mosque came from Mohammad's farm, which was considered a prototype design that helped create the mosque of Kairouan.

Charlemagne, aka Charles the Great, ruled from 800 AD to 800 AD. During his reign, he cared a lot about education, such as the arts and literature; he built many schools and monasteries, and he encouraged building using the techniques of Roman structures.

The churches that were made during the Romanesque period had a semicircular arch and vaults there are three types of churches Urban Pilgrimage, Rural Monasteries, and Modest Parish churches.
