The Italian Renaissance started in the year of 1400 it was the word renaissance which means rebirth with makes sense since it was almost like the rebirth of the arts this time period was very impactful to the way that we see now and days and introduce us to many great artist like Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo and Raphael and Donatello.

The Renaissance was mostly center around Italy and most art pieces were inspired by Christianity like this one.


About Jesus last supper with his disciples it is called the Last Supper it was made by Leonardo Da Vinci

During the Renaissance era the first printing press was invented


this printing press help a lot with getting information fast as well and advancement in literature by being able to print more books.

The renaissance was the start of making realistic human like painting called Hummanism.



This interior design was inspire by the Italian renaissance which looks amazing especially the statutes and fire place that were nicely sculpted.

Leonardo Da Vinci



Leonardo Da Vinci was born in the year 1452 in April 15 and died in the year 1519 May 2 he is not just a famous artist but also an Architect even if most people think that Mr. Da Vinci was just an Artist he build the Leornardo's Rivellino it is located in the Swiss city of Locarno.

    I just love your creativity in presenting this topic. Your choice of images to support your summary was perfect. The examples your provided of sculpture and interiors from this period vs. modern applications was great. I loved the example of the printing press which was so important during this period. Leonardo Da Vinci was the perfect artist and architect to look at in a deeper manner. 50/50 points
